Hey everyone, I own a 99 GTP and i noticed that the "low traction" light (beside the TSC light) only comes on when I spin the wheels when the traction control is ON. and when I spin the wheels (Screech the tires) with TSC on, there is abit of a delay to when the wheels start spinning (tire screeching) compared to when the lights comes on (around a 1-2 second delay)? anybody notice this in their GP? or is that how its supposed to be?

    Thanks!

That is how it works. Old school "traction control".

my traction control is busted and I prefer it that way. I would rather not have the tcs activate ever.

On my 1997 it seemed to control the MagnaSteer as well so when it was not working I did not have power steering which made it not working kind of important. On my 2002 though it had no interaction with the steering.
