Oil filter gasket or the oil pressure switch are the most common.

Clean it up, add some oil then start it up real fast to see where it's spraying oil.

My bet is on the oil pressure sending unit.

I had this on a 3100 in a buick. Car leaked mildly forever, and then one day after an oil change it just puked oil all down the street, luckily I turned it off immediately and had it towed to the shop that did the change. (I was in an apartment at the time and didn't have access to DIY) I figured a filter gasket or something but no, the timing was coincidental, the sending unit which had been leaking all along just gave out and spewed oil. They replaced it and it didn't leak a single drop after that.
