OK this is my write up for a CAI for my 98 Grand Prix W/3100 V6

    97 – 03 Grand Prix Cold Air Intake for 3100 V6

Make sure your car has space as seen in pics.

I got my kit from Ebay (Canada (Quebec)) and Paid $45 Can

The kit is for a Honda 98 - 02 Accord V6 3.0L (ebay), it came with 2 aluminum tubing, Air filter, 4 clamps, 2 hangers (didn’t use), 2 silicon couplers.

I had to buy 2 more couplers ($20)(due to the MAF being bigger then everything else) – 3” to 3 ¼” (first coupler), 2 ¾” to 3 ¼” (second coupler)

    1. The short pipe needs to be shortened 2” to 3 ½” depending on preference, You will also need a hole for the Air temp Sensor and grommet.

    2. The first coupler goes on, then the mass air flow sensor is first to be put on.

    3. You will need to take out the drivers side headlight to have room to install the air filter, and you will need the short air filter for space, longer might fit, but hard to get into space.

    4. On the longer pipe, put the caps on the 2 small ports coming off (I cut both short with a pipe cutter of room), and clamp so they don’t fall off.

    5. The longer pipe needs to go through the fender well under the headlight.

    6. Then the second coupler from MAF to the cut shorter pipe.

    7. Then the last coupler between the 2 pipes.

    Done
