hello everyone im new to the would of the supercharger 3800. Im looking at doing a supercharger setup and was going to use the series 1 supercharger and started to reseach the diffrent types and what kind of power/air follow they offer. I say that the m62 and the m90 are pretty diffrent in a few ways but what I need for my setup is the m62. I want to know can you swap the m62 snout on the m90 body? This setup deals with a custom intake and fuel setup so the bolt pattern of the s/c body to intake does not matter. Any information on this would be great.

    Whats this going on?

If its a series II or newer car the snout will be too short.

Well I believe the rotor pack will have to match the case, but i'm unsure if the snouts are interchangeable.

No, the size of the snout is much different in overall body size where the girth is concerned.

The Gen V M90 snout is shorter and may fit the Gen 3. Likewise some of the Ford M90 uses may have a different snout that would fit, or a Cobalt SS M62 vs an old inefficient Series 1 M62. I'm not up to speed on which gen etc of the M62 was on the Cobalts, but it's an option. I'm sure it must be more efficient than the old Series 1 (circa 92-95) charger.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
