they probably are. I don't think the person who owned the car before me did anything for the car besides oil. Should I just do delcos for that and they come specific to the car if i go in the parts store right? Im pretty sure they come in different lengths if I remember right.

Intake filter, fuel filter, coolant flush, and transmission flush are in order, too, then.

Thats a rip man especially when ya got a bunch of guys telling you how to do it yourself, and since this is routine maintenance do you want to shell out that much cash every time ya gotta do it? Just sayin is all. If you can afford it then its a good deal, its all relative.

I would love to do it myself.. but I have no idea what you guys are talking about.. Like Rocking the engine (I did'nt even know that an engine can even be moved out of place), taking off the bones etc etc lol...

Yes, pull those two bolts out. You can probobly rock the engine forward with your own strength. It doesn't need to move too far. Tie it forward with a tie-down strap. Not a bungee cord or something stupid like that though lol.

You obviously need to remove the engine cover, which takes about 7 seconds. The wires are probobly stuck to the terminals pretty badly. It will take a little effort. Don't pay somebody $350 to do this.....unless you are wealthy.

slow, that was an epic post.
$350? don't even think about that. i'd just as soon not change my plugs.
you don't necessarily have to move the motor. it helps a little bit, but with the time i spent f*cking with it to move the motor three inches, i'll just leave it next time i do it. other than that, it's just simply remove plug wire, put wrench on spark plug, turn left.

hell no its not a fair price!, you can get the copper plugs for 2 bucks each and wires for under 40, 60 bucks tops for it all.

Tools: ratchet, 5/8 th's plug socket, and a 3 inch extension, and i think a 15mm for the dog bones.

if the wires worry you, pull one wire, remove that plug, replace that plug, then remove that wire and replace it, you cant mess a thing up doing that way.

it shouldn't take longer than 1 hr to do this, i did mine in less than 30 minutes my first time out.

look at like this 300 bucks in your pocket, not the dealers.....

Ya just gotta keep at it chief, I found some gloves and twisting on the boot helpful in getting those stuck freaking things off. Just expect to replace the wires if you were thinging otherwise.

Try to break them free by twisting, with a plier....assuming you are willing to replace the old wires with new wires.
