I'm trying to wrap my pacesetters, they say to make a 1/4" overlap in-between wrapping. When i get to the harsh bends, no matter what i do, ill have 1/2" to 1/8" overlap. Is this ok? or am I going to crack these headers over-time? I looked at a few videos and they didn't get into much detail about it. Ideas?

thats okay on the sharp bends to have a little less. it will just be a little thicker there, no biggie.
