I am going to bet it was a one off unit made for the g8 concept car that it is on in the picture.

I was hoping it was an aftermarket spoiler, or now that I know what it's from, that there was an aftermarket clone, but I guess not. Can't find it anywhere.

Oh dear, why do so many people try to add goofy ass spoilers to a GP, and all they do is make the car look like ****? I guess they want to car to be unique or something. Glad they are doing it to their car, not mine.

In general, I agree. I don't like just about any aftermarket spoiler I see. But the one I asked about seemed to integrate very well... Makes sense, if it was for a concept car designed by GM.
