So I'm planning on taking my car to the strip soon what times can I expect to be running and does anyone have any tips?

Foot brake to 2000-2500 and roll into the gas without spinning the tires, then mashed it after 15-20mph and "should" hook okay.

Figure high 14's, like 15's for times. Turn traction control off and remove any weight you want like rear seats, spare tire...

You try and take off quick with traction control and it'll bog you down.

This...... I wouldnt really worry about doing this until you start modding your car though

There used to be a thread on here with all sorts of drag racing tips like proper tire pressures for drag racing and what to remove and what gear to leave the tranny in and so on and so forth.

I agree. I usually take my subs and spare out.
