I have a 02 gp gt. I have the Dorman 33mm bar and it hits and bends the tie rods. Do I have the wrong bar or is mounted wrong?

There should have been a sticker or marker on the the bar stating which side was down. Not sure what happens if you mount it upside down but you might want to double check it. I've installed a few a these bars on different 97-03 cars and never had an issue.

What end links are you using to connect the bar to the a-arm?

I ask this because if the end links are too long, it could definitely position the bar to the point it could make contact with the tie rods.

FWIW, I thought the end links were a little long with my kit too (they came with the zzp sway bar that I bought), but when I put them beside my oe's they were the same length. Also, some folks (myself included) choose to flip the sway bar upside down to allow a little more room for a larger diameter dp. I sized mine up both ways, and the ends were not close to the tie rods either way.
    99 GTP:
ZZP FWI , ZZP 3" catted DP, Resonator delete,The occasional Poly bushing, ZZP front sway Bar, NGK TR6's, LED Headlights, 180* TStat, Anti- pogo washers ...This list seemed a lot longer before I started typing....

What part number for the bar? Should be 927-100.

You have it in already and it hits or you are trying to put it in and it hits? Do you have a pic by chance?
