Tough to see if it's reflection, does that resemble a roll pin or is it a solid piece? Do either of the ends appear to be cut/broken off?

Does the engine still run perfect with good oil pressure and no strange tapping noises? If so then just run it till it dies and move on. I wouldn't loose any sleep over it.

I found 2 random needle bearings in the last 3.8L I had the pan off of to repair the pan gasket leak. Not sure where they came from but the car was running fine before the gasket change. Still running strong today.

I'm with Fordman, it's odd for sure and there aren't many things in the engine with that kind of bearing. If it's running strong and there's nothing showing you where it might have come from it's a goose chase.
