HD trans isn't any better than a non-HD one, really.

I know, but I figured since I'm gonna be buying a whole transmission that an HD one would come first. If I can't find any, I would settle for the non HD one.

    non-HD has better gearing.

    Bam.

    And they're cheaper.

I'm more interested in seeing more pics of this car. The exhaust intrigues me.

"true dual"...Vogel did this about 10+ years ago on his stupid quick rocker car.

Only thing that killed it was he ran no resonator with a stock fbody muffler, removed the spare tire recess, and welded it flat to give much more room for exhaust things...and it sounded like crap.

If I had the motivation and a welder, I might attempt something like this... But with two resonators and no y or x pipe. Stock mufflers.

Did not know that, I just don't want it busting again. Especially since 60 horsepower will be added to it.

The car hasn't been on the road all that long, I've been working on it in my garage for several months, that's probably why it hasn't been seen much. I have uploaded two exhaust videos of it on YouTube, but I'm having trouble linking them to this site. I'll continue to try to get them linked. I'm used to LOOKING at car videos, not posting them. I'm trying to get it figured out, I really would like to have what I've done with this car be seen and heard by a more widespread community. As for the equal length exhaust, I should be able to post up a picture of the entire system, as it is off the car now due to the fact that I've pulled the engine out because of some rod knock. I'm looking into putting in an L32, but due to money, that probably won't happen until next spring, unless a grand or so falls into my lap sooner. I guess I'll have to drive my Mustang for the rest of this summer.

Another vid. Same car, night testing. Startup and rev at beginning of vid, takeoff starts at :50 sec., flyby starts at 4:30, then pull in and final revs at 6:15.
