I doubt they've reached collector car status yet, you'll be hard pressed to ever get that amount for it.

Seems like a barret jackson or hagerty type of thing to try.

Kelley Blue Book valued it at $4,720. It being a collector/rare specimen let's double that, because reasons!! $9,440

At this point and time you can't go by Kelly Blue Book to put a value on this. You would be hard pressed to find an equivalent replacement, the closest would probably be my 7700 orig mile 00 Daytona 500, I haven't seen any with less miles then that recently. The car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Will it bring $25K, doubtful unless at Barrett Jackson or some big auto Auction and someone really wants it. $4720.00 is closer to what 02 GTP's with around 100K are going for now.

Good luck with sale! Considering Pontiac made 100k+ Grand Prix cars a year they are not rare and there are thousands just in my city alone. To get that price premium I think you need to hold onto the car another 20-40 years to thin out the herd and make it more rare. I think $10-15k is more inline with the value unless you get lucky at a BJ auction. The car is just too common and too many made for too many years to be special.
04 GP GT- top swap, VS cam, 2.8 pulley, E85, headers, 60 injectors, TEP 3:29 trans, Racelogic Traction Control, ZZP dyno tuned.

So if you had invested that $30k in 2002 it would be worth double that now....now you have a car that's worth $25k and that's going to take $5k to put on the road after you add new tires, suspension bushings and re-gasket the motor....
2002 GTP Coupe, PSE supercharger ported with 3.4 pulley, Wizaired CAI, ZZP tune, AL 104's, front Plog, 3" DP, u-bend gone, hi-flo cat, W-Body tubular trailing and lateral arms, GMPP sway bars, Vogtland springs, 245/45-18 Michelin Pilot Sport AS/3 on 18x8 wheels, 42mm offset, Dual Aeroforce interceptor gauges on A-pillar pod

He might mean the end of the coupe production. Grand Prixs started production in 1962 and always had a 2 door option up until 2002.

2002 was a special GP year. It was the 40th year. Many people go after the 40th editions and their parts because GM did a lot of cool stuff on the 40th special editions. I believe from what the OP wrote this is the last 40th special edition to roll off the line.

I think it's worth quite a bit to a collector. Especially since it sounds like it has no miles.

So it is a 40th he has? If so he also has the rarest 40th they made. The GT coupe 40th is the rarest 2002 you can find.

Nobody knows cus there's no pictures.

Rare or not rare, needing work or not.. I think about what else I could get for that price, personally. That's gonna be a big negative on 25 grand worth of 4T65E from me. Even at $19k, whatever. And yeah, people like the 40th so much there's still a couple for sale in the fb groups. One guys trying to trade his away for a beater with a heater before winter. Feels bad giving it rust or some such. You can probably get the hood, rails and spoiler for $350 too, so.

It's all about finding the right buyer. I'd follow the others' advice and hang onto that thing for a little bit, at least till collector status like FFDP said.

Guess you don't know much about Grand Prix history. The first Grand Prix 2 door was built in 1962. The last car , this one was built in 2002. 40 years. I like how some moron uses Kelly to determine value. And for the guy who thinks it's falling apart and everything has to be replaced , guess you don't know how or where it was stored. If you want a new one or the last one , you'll pay for it. Or not. It's the only not driven.......ever Grand Prix in existence. If it sells , fine if it doesn't , I don't care , it will just sit with all the rest of them. Not all , but most of you haters haven't got a pot to piss in anyway , but you get to cry about it anyway.

For such a rare car he might require a paypal fee for pictures of such a rare car.
The flash might wear out the GM factory paint job.
