I have a 2002 Regal GS with the following mods CAI, IntensePCM with 2* of timing, PLOG, 3" DP and Magna catback, AL 104, 180 Tstat but I'm still running the stock 3.8 pulley. I have a MPS with a 3.5 pulley. Can I safely go ahead and drop the pulley size now or should I wait until I get a Aeroforce pillar gauge to see if I'm getting any KR now. IMO the mods I have in place now I shouldn't have or very little KR

    Wait for the gauge.

There is no ideal set of mods or an exact way to mod to reduce knock. Some motors take less mods to get to this point or some need more help to prevent it. It's not worth the risk of a chipped piston if you do not know if it's already got some knock.

Yeah that's good advice I'm very cautious with any vehicle. When I took of the front exhaust manifold and the U bend I don't see how this thing ever breath...Thanks
