So recently I've been getting a ticking from under the hood, which goes away after a few minutes. I was thinking exhaust gasket leak somewhere? Or could it be internal? I sure hope not! Anyone else have this problem before?

Ran some seafoam but that's just a temp fix. So im looking at replacing lifters, what parts will I need for this/best place to get them/best brand etc. Upgrade if possible?

Why would it be a temp fix? It could have been a sticking lifter. Which once clean will be fine

I had the same problem. For me it was what is called dry start where oil isnt sitting in the top end. Go and get some lucas oil treatment. Will say on the jug prevents dry start. Buy a quart of that and then the rest regular oil you would use and change your oil. I did that and the next morning no more tic. Good luck

buy a oil pressure gauge of your choice, it installs in place of the stock sensor above the oil filter.

easiest way i've found to get to it is to remove the pass side front wheel and reach into it.
