Been looking up and down for info about having a 3.5 pulley. Looks like most people go right to the 3.4, so here's my question that hasn't allowed me to sleep at night. Do i need to get a powerlog asap? "zzp seems to be running low" Can i get away with running a 2.5 dp? instead of a 3?
I had a 3.5inch pulley put on the other day, Is it a good idea to throw stock back on? After reading some of the posts im a little scared to drive it now.

    So far i got.

    3800.com pcm
    Cold air intake
    u-bend delete
    2.5inch downpipe 304ss
    autolight 104's
    Msd coils
    Msd spark wires
    180 drilled t-stat
    3.5inch pulley

    ANY advice would be great

A plog is very recommended, headers would be best. And get a 3" DP if you don't get headers.

I'd say your safe for now, a powerlog wouldn't hurt but headers are pretty cheap these days as well. You will probably get some knock with that setup, but not enough to make your **** go boom. Just keep in mind that your right on the borderline or in a gray area of what is safe for your car and don't beat it.

    Hello, again.

I've ran into another question mark. What size supercharger belt should i run with a 3.3 pulley and a zzp short stack intercooler?

On zzp's website belt page, https://www.zzperformance.com/grand_...=341&catid=111
It only lists off 3.2/3.0 pulley size belt for the short stack intercooler.

I do have a "658" belt kicking around, will this work? or do i need a new one?

Btw thanks for previous help, got lots of new goodys to put in/ already in.

    Zzp fuel pump rewire kit
    zzp ss intercooler
water pump Ud pulley, alternator Ud pulley
    3.3 modular pulley.
    zzp headers/ 3inch tog dp
    zzp 3inch cat back exhaust
    Aeroforce interceptor scan gauge
    +smaller stuff

Just for reference...I'm not a strong guy...and I managed to squeeze a 650 belt on there...made for 2.8"-3.1" setups...without an IC. a 658 should be the belt for a basic 3.4" setup if I remember correctly...and it should be a snug fit. Plus..if you think about it.... a tenth of an inch is just an extra tug on the belt when re-installing

    Well...with a 3.3" and a SSIC...I'd go with a 3.4" setup belt. Soo "658" FTW
