SO what if i had a custom tune for a gen3 with stock injectors and 3.4 pulley
I was running a 3" DP and 2.5" cat back w/Fender wall intake

Since then I got togs and will do a gen5 swap

Say my stock injectors lean out, will putting 42# ones in make any difference? will they pick up automaticly where the stock ones left off?

Would it hurt to blindly install them at the time of the gen5 install

    Thanks guys

No...you honestly can not do any of those things without a tune...and just throwing on headers and a smaller pulley isn't safe either.

You really shouldn't be maxing out your stock injectors on a 3.4 pulley setup. If you do upgrade injectors, you would only need to scale your IFR table and if you do it correctly, it shouldn't throw the rest of the tune off.

Thanks I figured as much it would need to be tuned. I talk to a guy who just put em in and it made it run pig rich. Well I guess there still for sale if anyone wants em all six flow matched and used (40k) 180 or b.o I can give you the link, since I wont be needing them

if you just swapped the injectors without tuning for them i can almost guarantee the car wouldnt even run.
