Looking for specifics on ignition system. I just bought myself a 00 gt, I was told it had low fuel pressure and needed new pump. I started going over EVERYTHING,,,, and was able to determine the ICM would trigger 1/4 coil always, the 2/5 coil never, and the 3/6 coil whenever it felt like it. So I replaced the ICM after checking for cam and crank sensor signals and moving coils around to confirm they are good. I have found lots of good info on this site just haven't found this exact issue. Thanks for any suggestions.

So you have replaced the ICM, but still see no current on the 2/5 coil and sometimes on the 3/6?

What brand ICM did you buy?

Are the coils free of cracks/corrosion and are they black (aka stock coils)??

ICM from autozone, duralast I think. The 1/3 coil is black with a yellow insert on bottom at ICM terminals. The other coils are all black. I have checked for spark with a HEI spark tester and also check for trigger signal at ICM.

It turns out,,,, when I pulled the balancer to ck sensor, I found 1 tab for the 18x side of the hall sensor was bent flat instead of sitting at 90 degrees. I bent it back and installed balancer, she started right up !!!!!!!!
