Was thinking trans but am unsure. Hoping someone else has heard this and it's minor. Mostly occurs around 2200 rpm.

sounds like your dragging the muffler down the road.

Sounds like a cat. converter rattling, specifically the matrix has possibly broken apart and is rattling around inside, or you maybe have an exhaust pipe dragging the ground.

Within the last 10 days, front and rear pads changed, thermostat replaced, water pump replaced, tensioner pulley assembly replaced and heater core bypassed. After water pump CEL went out for aprox 3 days then reappeared after running a little hot due to coolant leak in heater core caused air bubble. Bled air car runs within normal heat parameters .Seafoamed intake 8 oz , 3oz in crankcase and remaining 5oz in fuel tank. Oil change this weekend possibly trans fluid as well.

maybe a bent dust shield on the brakes. mine got pushed in over winter when i got it some what stuck in deep snow.

put the car on jack stands and fire it up and put it in gear, listen for the noise.

Perhaps , wouldn't hurt to check I reckon. It's intermittent and seems to occur at a specific rpm, so when the engine resonates around 2k the rattle becomes noticeable. Imma punch that cat and see what I hear inside . I'm thinking something loose or broken in that general area.
