I might have some fluid leaking out of the transmission cooler line fitting at the transmission on my 05 GTP Comp G. Unfortunately, I can't find a fitting that matches what I've got.

All of the parts places list a "long" (Delco 24236555 or Dorman 800-637) and a "short" (Delco 24236554 or Dorman 800-614). The problem is, my fitting doesn't look like either of them.

    Here's the "long":

    Here's the "short":

    Here's mine:

Anybody know what part this is?

If the thread pitch is the same and they take the same size cooler line they will work just fine.

Likely only the dealership can find you the exact match.

Your fitting may be fine. You probably just need new o-rings on the outside and inside. Pretty common.

just looking for confirmation before hitting the purchase button from RockAuto, I know my lines are leaking, and the fittings are all wet as well, my just be coming from the lines, but plan to replace the fittings as well. The first two pics, I believe the first one is the long and the second one the short, The long one is the one that outlets downward and the short is the one that outlets horizontal, correct? The ones at the radiator look fine, plan to leave those alone.

Follow up question, do not plan to drain tranny, how much tranny fluid is going to come out when I do this?

    Thanks,
    John
