Got the dreaded throttle position sensor code.
The kinda needle in the haystack problem.

All good if I don't go past half throttle. This is all happened when I had to hit it to merge into the correct lane.
Instant pow when gassed and engine reduce power plus stabilitrak DIC.
Checked when I got to work for wiring signs but didn't really see any(all done rather quickly)

OK, read code, P2135 and nothing else, reset and on my merry way.
Tomorrow I will clean throttle body and MAF and search for wire problems.

    Wish me luck.
I am a fan of free fixes and not rabbit holes. Idon't want to buy a pedal and throttle body just to have the same thing happen when I play racekar.

Let me know if you have encountered this POS GM experience.

And hi yall, havent been around for awhile

The cleanings didn't do it and I checked obvious wiring issues, none apparent.
Although I did find my TB gasket was seeping antifreeze so replaced that.

So screw it in the name of throwing parts.
I ordered a new Throttle body and pedal from Rockauto. At least the car is usable up to 70.
    Keeping fingers crossed

The POS rips in its own little way again.

I replaced both parts, TB and accelerator pedal. Whichever one did it, no cares. I didn't want to dick around.

Now I am going to dissect the throttle body.

Glad you figured it out. I hope I don’t have to deal with this one day but sure I will.

When you get the black piece off the throttle, it looks sealed on the inside. There's like a lip or edge around the sealed up part. I chipped that away with a tiny screwdriver then you can look in there. Think I just glued it back shut, lol.

Did you replace your throttle body?

Actually, no. I bought another throttle cus the car was hesitating a little under moderate load. WOT was okay. Couldn't figure it out.

Ended up putting the gasket back in even tho my coolant ports are blocked. "I'll see a leak if my dimes come out right away!" I thought I was so cool ..until that gasket made the car run again.

I'd taken the OEM one apart thinking it was bad. Cleaned it with a pink eraser/qtips/alcohol in there, and sealed it up.

That spare one's still on my shelf.
